Webcomic Ramblings
I've been having a real creativity rush lately. I've almost got three new pages for Patches done and I plan to pencil a few more after I get the first batch online for a potential second update next week. I've also been getting lots of story ideas lately, and today I practically completely scripted a short two chapter comic idea I got while I was wondering how you could have a comic where boys had puppy ears, but not all the time...wa ha ha ha, I bet you want to know what that idea is huh? Well you'll just have to wait and see later on down the road, and don't get any bright ideas because more often than not my ideas come from some completely random thought and turn into something else entirely different.
I've also been doing more researching and scripting for another comic idea in holding which is still title-less and will feature the character Aoyagi Yuta who I had previously sketched. It will be another shorter, 2 chapter sort of comic, but not short chapters mind you, more like chapters with 50 pages or more. Besides those two fresher ideas, I'm also sitting on two other ideas that I thought of over a year ago, both of which would be long series and therefore have been shelved for much much later. Anyhow with this sudden burst of new ideas I realize that I really would like to finish Patches in the not so distant future so I can get some of these other stories out, hence why I'm suddenly more than motivated to create....well partly anyway. The other part of the motivation is to get to certain parts of the story that I really want to get out, and I guess I should add that to a lesser extent I realized that I am about halfway through chapter 4, and only a few more pages away from the climactic climb of chapter four, which is fun fun fun!
Well anyway I guess that's enough rambling for now.
