And then someone could knock Arthur out before he goes fight, like in 'Excalibur'.
And then Gwaine would face off against Morgana.
With Merlin's magic backing him up.
AND EXCALIBUR.
I wanted Excalibur to make an appearance.
Except.
It is still in the stone. 8(
...To be quite honest, I was more than a little disappoint at the lack of Gwaine in this episode. His father died in Caerleon's army and knowing that they're going to fight against his home country now I expected more of him from this episode rather than the scenes of him as 'one of the knights'. I WANTED THE QUEEN TO RECOGNIZE HIM, GRRRRRRR. He is a noble, after all, even though he hides it.

...Okay, okay. So it's going to be all heartbreaky and full of feelings, I just know it. Especially since Morgana spells Merlin to be an assassin and kill Arthur and Arthur's all 'you're the only person I can trust, Merlin!' and and and you know what?

BECAUSE I BURST OUT LAUGHING WHEN HE TRIPPED OVER A KNIGHT AND FELL INTO THE TENT WHEN HE TRIED TO FOLLOW ARTHUR THIS WEEK.
...Guess he never did get over that clumsiness. I was almost afraid we wouldn't be seeing it this season since he's been pretty graceful so far.
