Not surprisingly, I'm still looking for more FFXIII and 1/2 Prince fanfics. Kuro's doing great, though, thanks to the influx of new fans coming in for season 2.
Speaking of which, I am once again thoroughly amused by the anime. Rock on, guys. I'm going to be looking forward to episode 5 next week. I'll be sitting and streaming with everyone else when it comes out in Japan. Let's hope the lag won't be as bad as it was today.
(Except for one thing. WHY, fandom, must you make me think of Twilight whenever I scroll through your comments? There is no Bella, and "Team Tracey" and "Team Phantomhive" makes me want to bang my head against the wall. I'm obviously for the Phantomhives, but... couldn't we have come up with a better name? Seriously? There's no romantic triangle here- it's about which family can kick whose ass. Oh which I think Sebastian would pwn Claude... and the rest of the Phantomhive servants would win if only because they all adore Ciel and refuse to let him down.)
I really do think that Sebastian is enjoying himself way too much in season two. XD; Even Yana-san has stated that he's more affectionate in the anime, but it's like he's inventing excuses to pull Ciel close.
Sebastian: Here, Bocchan, lemme help you off the train... *YANKS* Oh, dear me, that was certainly dangerous. You could have fallen and injured yourself... here, let me carry you the rest of the way...
What surprises me is that Ciel protests a lot less in season two than he did in season one. The common theory is that he doesn't remember anything that happened in season one. He's certainly lacking in the acerbic comments lately toward Sebastian. I'm not sure how I feel about their... calmer and more trusting relationship. I kind of really liked their manipulative and acidic comments to each other. This feels like a fanfic.
Aaaaand, episode 5!
DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUN.
I can't wait. I want Ciel to finally meet Alois. And maybe kick his heiney. I wish they brought the other servants as well. I want them to explain to Hannah that servants in the Phantomhive household are well-loved and she's not trapped because they would welcome her.
I know people have doubts about her, but from her demeanor she really does seem the weak and frightened bird. She must be some kind of special to work in a supernatural household, but if she really had the strength to leave... why would she stay?
