A collection of randomness
A list of dog breeds I wouldn't want for pets:
~ Greyhound: While very cool looking and being part of the greyhound rescue would be a good idea, they are absolutely fragile. The poor things have been bred so much that they are high strung and have a lot of toenail issues.
~ Labrador: Yes, utterly cute as puppies. Unfortunately, they are rather prone to getting various masses in their old age. Plus, they're water dogs, so the oils on their fur make them stink. And so far, the ones I've held for shots have given me some really solid bruises.
~ Cocker spaniel: Their ears rot. They stink.
~ Basset hound: Cute as puppies. Prone to masses and cancer. Their short stubby little legs make it almost impossible to install an IV catheter. They also smell funny.

There is a poster/chart in the lab area at work. It has pictures of different states of poo. The fecal scoring system chart, brought to you by Nestle' Purina. No joke. What's really great is the last two pictures could be melted chocolate.

Fancy mouse who eats time: Priss, Tokoz's pet fancy mouse, really reminds me of The Hitchhikers' Guide. In the book, white lab mice were really tenth dimensional beings (or something to that effect) poking into this universe to manipulate us. Priss, the mouse who eats time, could very well be one of those beings. Look at the clock. Look at the mouse. Look back at the clock. At least a half an hour has passed, if not more.

I had my 30 day review at work. It went well. On Nov. 1st I get to send in my stuff for insurance. Rock!

I need some good ideas to draw. I haven't really had anything come to me for awhile. Am I forgetting your project? Let me know if I am. I'm so scatterbrained.

Thai and Japanese food tie for my favorites. Man, have I got a craving for mochi. Maybe on my next trip to Chicago, I can hit up Mitsuwa.

This weekend was my very first trip actually driving on 355 tollway. I did it! We didn't die!

Rockband: Ch'rri? looks ridiculous with a tambourine, and looks like he's going to kill the cowbell. When Ch'rri? is singing, don't look.

I got to go to my first Lego store this weekend. "Indulge your inner six year old" is right. *squeeeee~!* Hurray for the simple things in life.
