Tales of Destiny
Because another Tales fan + cosplayer inspired me to cosplay Tales of Destiny, I decided to finally, yes, after like what, almost 6 years? to FINALLY play the Playstation 2 version of the game. Basically, the remake.
To start with why I never got around to play the game even though I've had it for a long time, it's well, because I got winds on the contents. ;;;
Tales of Destiny to me is a very special and memorable game. It's the game that got me to be close with Sakura whom influenced me to play RPGs and be a seiyuu fangirl. And it's all because of Leon that she started telling me about Tales of Destiny in class. About this game she's playing that has this very very cool character that she really likes etc etc. So, when I found out that this game got a remake, I was really glad at first... until I knew of how much they changed. And as expected, I was disappointed. ;;;; That's why I didn't touch it until now.
Though, now that I'm playing, I couldn't help but to want to compare it to the PS ver. (since it's been such a long time) and thanks to this ToD fan on nico nico douga who uploaded the story of the PS ver ToD, I get to do that. >.<
Well, let's just say the things that were being done during that time/era is really good.
I think I might fangirl on how cool Leon was and how interesting it is to see Stahn having some pretty decent common sense on another post, another day. For now, I should concentrate on just finishing up the PS2/remake ver. and get it over with. After that, I'll focus on watching the PS/old ToD gameplay videos and then, maybe I'll write all my thoughts here too, along with the fangirling. XD;;
