So I called not too long after I made that post on Monday.  I spoke with the manager and they will be sending me a replacement computer and I demanded an upgraded video card so I don't get the same problems again, and as managers do, he threw in a complimentary Alienware headset so I could give them an 8 instead of a 7 out of 10 which I answered as the rating I'd give for their service.  Then he told me that I would receive a call either later that day or the next to confirm the shipment or whatever.  I never did.  So I called the day Thursday only to find out that the order for the replacement hadn't been put in until Wednesday.  And guess how long the order will take to process.

10 days.

That day I also received my new desk.  I spent all morning and early afternoon inserting screws and whatnot into all the pieces and carrying them up to my room only to find that the main part of the desk was all scratched up and damaged.  I tried calling customer support but it didn't work for some reason and so I went on the website to live chat with someone.  They will be sending a replacement of that piece.  Guess how long it will take.

10 days.

Want to know what else?  My computer died on October 10.  Is this some sort of sign?  Probably.  Of what, I couldn't tell you.  Only 10 related things I'm surrounded by are my sister whose birthday is on October 10 and was born at 10:00 and Moi dix Mois.  I don't know.
