This chapter was interesting to write mainly because I had to think about who was the 'worst' Sixth Ranger ever, attitude-wise. I say Cruger wins, but Eric's an extremely close second. Merrick's a good third, and Trent gets an honorable mention.

There really should be a fic where a Ranger team gets the Rule Book thrown at them -- literally. No more flying by the seats of their pants, no more "the Power will teach you", but a set of Rules of Conduct, or something.

Perfect. I love the idea of the Rangers giving Cruger an intervention. And the idea of the Ranger handbook is *great*.

However, the thing I like most in this is Eric and Karone's ongoing prank war, and Eric *getting hit in the face by a fish*! That cracked me up so much that my sister came in to see if I could breathe.
