September Writing Challenges
Choose either or both of these topics and write a fic during the month of September. There is no word length requirement, but please remember that we are an all-ages community, so keep the rating between G and PG-13. Other guidelines for posting fic can be found on the community info page.
CHALLENGE TOPIC #1
Theme: Back to School
Instructions: We're lucky to have a fandom with both student and teacher characters. Choose one of them and write their perspective/experience on the first day of school.
CHALLENGE TOPIC #2
Theme: Two-Shot
Instructions: Sometimes you write a one-shot fic, thinking that's the end of that idea, but in the back of your mind, you know there's something more that can be done. Write a follow-up to one of your old one-shots. Include a link to the original fic when posting.
Alternate Instructions: If you have no one-shot crying out for a sequel, then write a scene featuring two characters (no more, no less) and a pair of... something.
