Yes, I am still awake

So,
Christmas went well. I surprised the hell out of Brad with tickets to David Copperfield. Brian got me a rather nice tea set for Kiko, Tami got me The Dark Elven Trilogy, and Brad got me a joy luck dress, among other things. I was so worried that there wouldn't be much of a Christmas this year...but I was given so much more than gifts. Thank you all for your friendship. This has been Christmas that I am truly grateful for.
I FINALLY received the check we were waiting on last week. Brad and I put a down payment on a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo with many amenities...sun roof, 6 disk CD changer, leather interior, 4 Wheel Drive, 5 Speed, and other things I am not able to remember at the moment...and at a good price too.
Santa came to visit Courtney, and was quite generous this year. I made it home to see my family which I wanted more than anything in the world. Thanks to Wynterwind for the company and conversation last night. I know I kept you awake a great deal, but it made the drive so much easier. It snowed a great deal of the drive north once I reached the turnpike on 77 North. It was really cool at first because I missed the snow so much...but after 6 hours of it...umm...no, it could go away. After roughly 13 hours, I made it home. I got in the door, gave my step-mom her new kitten, and went to WalMart, post Christmas shopping with my dad and step-mom. I am growing delirious...and have begun to educate my father in the ways of NERO and LARPing...heehee, he saw a picture of Kiko...still awake...sooo much caffeine still in my veins...Guess that's what a diet of Red Bull, Coffee, Mountain Dew, Candy Bars, and NoDoz will do to ya. But, I made it to Ohio!
