Wow, I finally remembered I have a livejournal ^^;;
No, seriously, I haven't updated this thing all summer...and now it's October o_O
It's not entirely my fault, of course. In September alone, I had 3 assignments, multiple creative writing assignments, a project, two tests, a few quizzes, and (in my opinion) more than enough homework dumped on my head. And it was only the first month. I have determined that I must have been on something when I decided to take advanced courses for English and Math.
Two words.
Academic. Suicide.
My grades will never forgive me. And this is supposed to be my EASY semester! *head hits desk* I'm doomed. DOOOOOMED.
Math ADV 11 is a killer. We've started trig, with cos and sin and fractions. And it turns out I don't know fractions very well, having forgotten most of whatever I once knew of them, and am confusing adding and multiplying with fractions. I'm completely lost.
Sigh.
I'm screwed. Royally and fatally screwed.
Gee, this is going to be a fun year. I guess my mother was right: Grade 11 is the year from Hell.
And that's just math.
Okay, enough complaining on my part. It's not all that bad, and it could be a hell of a lot worse. For instance, I've got Lit Arts this term, and that class KICKS ASS. There, see, I even put it in bold caps to let you know how awesome it is. The teacher rocks, the class is majorly relaxed and fun, and my friend Rebecca's in it. Really, what more could I ask for? I sit there and do basically nothing except read manga, talk to Rebecca, and goof off, then get assigned a short story, or perhaps a...I don't know, a thoughtshot (those are fun^^), which I do for homework...bottom line, the class rules. Bright spot of my day. Well, that and lunch.
Heh, lunch. Library Posse therapy for the day ^________^
Art is okay too. I like my group. I don't think the teacher is as cool as my art teacher last year, but she's okay. No complaints.
ADV English...has good days and bad days. I don't HATE it...but I don't love it either. Maybe that's because we're doing short stories right now.

SHORT STORIES.
I've yet to find a person who LIKES those stupid things. No offense to anyone who writes them. The stories are fine. It's the analyzing and writing of them that I despise. I can NOT make a short story short! And analyzing them is a pain.
Lunch, however, is always fun. Library Posse insanity. Heh^^ Our goal this year is to send a therapist to a therapist....lol ^_~

...You know, 'Dawn' from .hack//Dusk is a very hard song to find. Sigh. At least I've got episodes 1,2,9,10, and 12...if only they were subtitled...but I'm not complaining...much^^ And I can't WAIT for the third volume of .hack//Legend of the Twilight [Bracelet >_>;;] to come out in November! ^______^ *heart* As you can see by the icon, I have become rather obsessed with .hack of late{{Icon is not mine by the way...don't remember where I got it ^^;; It's only until I can find a good Ghaleon or Leo one...}}
I LOVE the music (for both SIGN and DUSK) and very much want to play the games... Speaking of music...anyone heard the song 'Key of the Twilight'?

I finally beat Lunar 2 Eternal Blue Complete!!! Heh. Even if the story hadn't been great or the music awesome, or the characters loveable (though it was, it was, and they were ^_~) beating the game would've been worth it for the outtakes. *snickers* LONG LIVE OUTTAKES!
