Nekooflove: today's progress
I think I'm nearing the end of shaping the heart. I'm able to sand away a lot of the caulk mess and make it smoother without needing to apply more.
I also attached the tiny ball up top a few days ago. I used my E-6000 epoxy and wrapped some masking tape around it to hold it in place while it set. XD It looked really ridiculous!
I've gone back to coating the orb in varnish to fill in the holes a little better. The last thing I want is for bits of paint and dust to get stuck in them (again!) because it's a pain to get out! :(
