Today I did a lot of painting (as you can see), and I glued on the blue gems. I also added the hooks to the back of the triangular pieces for the banner to hang from. I put the other half of the hooks in a small baggie and slipped them into the box. Be sure you find them before you throw away the packing! ^^; I remembered that I forgot to cast one of the details for the belt. Fortunately, the old mold I used in an attempt to make Saturn earrings was still in working order, and they fit the bill. Since only a tiny amount of resin was needed to make these, I had lots of leftovers, so I made a brooch and earrings set for Chibi-Moon, since I don't have anything for her on my page yet. Those will cure while I'm out of town. (Mulit-tasking, WHOOOO!!)
Left to do:
paint Saturn earrings pieces for chain
make gem frame for center piece and paint it
add dark details to belt pieces
add highlights
link it all together
piece together the chain of doom
