Art sources
Since I've never made Kakyuu's crown before I've needed to search through various picture sources. In the anime, there's a conflict with how the back of her crown looks. Most pictures you see from the front show the peak of the back half to be about as tall as the front. However, when you see her profile when she's falling, the back looks significantly shorter, sometimes with no peak at all. Since the anime had many different artists over the course of the series, some details are different from time to time. So, whenever this kind of thing happens, I go back to the original source, Naoko Takeuchi, which means Manga pictures. One of my friends was kind enough to link me to a picture of her from the back which you can see in the following link:

http://mangastyle.net/materials/mat-96.jpg (copy and paste, if necessary) This source is typically the deciding factor. In the artbooks, the back is shorter than the front with a peak. I also found a minor discrepancy with the gems. In some pictures, the top gem is green, while the majority has it yellow. However, the artbooks say yellow. I've also seen a few images where the flowers on the bottom ear flaps look more like earrings, but almost all the sources I've found say that it's part of the hat. So to help everything match, I'll make those as well, attached to the hat.
To summarize all that!
The back half of the crown is shorter than the front with a peak and no gems. The top gem on the front is yellow, followed by red, green, red, green.
Wig components
First, I suggest that the crown be permanently attached to the wig with caulk, so that part will have to be done on your end. Second, from the pictures I've seen, I have reason to believe that the sticks don't originate with the crown, but with the hair. Thus, they are a separate item. I will make these as well for no additional cost since it's pretty much considered included with "head gear." I will make these first and send them separately so they can be incorproated into the wig by your designer, since wigs are a quite time consuming endeavor.
Materials
In order for your crown to match the rest of your costume, I will need a swatch of the fabric that you're using for her neckline. I'll also need to know the name of the fabric and what store you got it from, since not all stores carry the same kind of fabrics.
