*sigh* I'm just not allowed to own nice things...
So, in rearranging my room today, I discovered something.
The bad with my brand-new, never-been-worn Finnish garb was indeed effected by when the tank on our toilet broke this summer, and although it had looked like my garb hadn't been touched...
... my lovely hand-sewn undertunic that Syd so wonderfully made for me, is now covered in mold stains and water damage from being stored next to my red roman garb, that had never leaked colour until now...
The rest of my garb is fine, but I'm extremely saddened by this, seeing as it was my one set of really nice garb, and I hadn't even gotten to wear it yet!
*sigh* time to learn to to dye the poor thing brown to make it still wearable...
*yes I've tried washing it and bleach and all that)
