(no subject)
Now on to Kelsey`s third entry of the day~
Today`s my official Christmas- yay!! My package from home FINALLY came (I was beginning to worry `cause it was so late).
Why today was Christmas:
1.It snowed
2.Kelsey had presents from home
3.Homemade cookies
4.Truffles (I always get truffles on Chrismas)
5.A few gifts wrapped in wrapping paper that I recognise from home (haha, it`s kinda silly how the wrapping paper made me happy- it`s the little things that count)
6.Rather relaxing Christmas-y day, like at home- open presents, then spend the rest of the day relaxing and fooling around with said presents.
7.Listened to my favorite Christmas cd that I asked my parents to send.
8.Overall, the day just had a lovely Christmas feel to it
I sat in my room in front of the heater listening to Christmas music, trying on my new earrings, putting on my new foundation (I asked for that since I`ve been running out- I was a little worried though, `cause the color was slightly different, but it seems to be ok), painting my toenails and reading American teen fashion magazines. Almost made me feel like I was back in the US~ I love Japan, but moments like those are nice...
Oh, I`d also like to mention that right after I finished that second layer of paint on my toenails I was suddenly informed that A)It was time for lunch and B)We were going out. I felt a little foolish walking around with my heavy lined wool jacket and then wearing sandles while it`s snowing outside. Luckily we only went to Mos Burger.
