(now you all know how old i am. :D i don't get carded at the liquor store.)
so this is what i did after i finally left the house:
went to the store where
farwing works, where i:
a. ranted about vampire/werewolf/supernatural/paranormal/"dark" erotic novels
b. read out loud the first two paragraphs of a book called
mona lisa awakeningc. made farwing laugh (see a and b)
d. shared some spn speculation but no spoilers with a random customer (we talked about john :> )
e. bought some books (well, she DOES work in a bookstore)
and then i got money and chinese food and came home. yeah, that's a productive day off for ya....
question, and i ask because i honestly don't know: can you be an er nurse with eleven months of experience already at age twenty-one? which i guess means can you be hired as an er nurse at age twenty? is nursing school really only two years, and can you get in right out of high school? (see point b, mona lisa awakening, in which the heroine is a twenty-one-year-old er nurse at st vincent's hospital in new york. at least i know st vincent's is a real place.)
