sometimes i really am right the first time

no i was not jumping to conclusions, and yes she is moving out. she was only looking at two apartments, both owned by our current landlady, and if neither of them was right she wasn't going to move. she only found out today she got the one she wanted, so. she's going to put the ad in the paper.

i now get to spend (hopefully only) half the month worrying about finding a roommate and interviewing said roommates and then worrying we won't get along after all. i can think of better ways to spend my august, you know?

y'all know anyone in the greater boston area who needs a place to live from sept 1? i got a nice apartment.
