fae 'verse:
jacob: aka the human boy. as originally conceived, he was a cross between tommy flanagan (gladiator version, but younger) and someone else i don't remember. >.< so i'll start over, because that doesn't even help ME. he's nineteen or twenty, 5'10" or so, and skinny, in the living-on-his-own-and-not-eating-right kinda way, altho he's not really built all that big to begin with. he might slouch a teeny bit so he can look slightly shorter than he really is. brown floppy hair, sometimes bleached blondish in the front. his face is a little narrower than square, and he dimples when he smiles. (where tommy flanagan has scars, jacob has dimply creases.) gray-blue eyes. uh... he wears layers of shirts because he's either more susceptible to cold or less susceptible to heat, baggy jeans/pants, and i have no clear picture of his shoes except they're not big boots, in the sense that, say, new rocks are big boots. the boots he does wear are in crappy shape. he also wears a few necklaces, leather cords and a small chain in various lengths with random things strung on them - the key to his and rel's room, the key to his grandfather's old apartment, the odd dangly metal or bone charm thing. he smiles easily, he's got kind of wide hands.
rel: aka the fae boy. he looks ageless, so i have no idea how old he really is, except he sometimes acts like he's twelve, so i'm assuming he's about the same age as jacob. all the fae are tall, slender, pale-skinned, and pretty, and furthering my theory that all my boys pair off into one 5'10" half and one 6'-something half, rel is 6'3", taller if he's wearing the big boots. he's slender more than skinny, and overall pretty fragile-looking. he is however much stronger than he looks. narrow face, high sharp cheekbones, thin lips, pointed chin, tall pointy ears that stick up out of his hair. they're pierced all up and down the lower rim with little silver earrings. he's also got two rings in his nose (both on the same side), a labret, and a four-bar frenum ladder up the top of his cock. his nose has been broken twice but you can't tell. he has green eyes and long hair, which he dyes (right now i think it's black, but it's also been dark blue, purple, magenta, dark green, and brown) and decorates with occasional little braids with string or cord or beads or whatnot braided in. sometimes he wears a thin chain from one of the rings in his nose to one of the rings in his ear. he likes matrix-y coats, the long kind of flared ones, but with buttons down the front and chains hanging from the shoulders and strung across the front and all. he wears big heavy boots with metal plates, black leather and vinyl pants, mesh shirts - he's kind of an urban fantasy cybergoth. :D he's tattooed - solid gray-blue tats - four dots under his right eye (gang sign), a sun with wavy rays on the side of his neck, a swirly curling design that comes up the front of his hip and wraps around his side, and i know there are more but i don't have a clear picture of what or where.
the, uh, vamp 'verse:
sam mackenzie: aka the human boy. :> he's shaped like ewan mcgregor, maybe 5'8" or 5'9", kind of solid without being thick. as in, finally, not a skinny boy. :> dark blond hair cut reasonably short, gray-green eyes. kind of a roundish face, slightly snub nose. he grins with all his teeth, very :D . he had his appendix taken out so he has a little appendix scar. he's actually pretty ordinary-looking, and while he's cute and has a good bod, he's not extraordinarily good-looking. (except for once, when he was in a fashion show for his friend lizzie the clothes designer, who dressed him in low-slung silver pants and big black feathered wings, so he managed to exude sex from the stage. but he would credit the pants and the wings, and not any innate sexiness.) he wears jeans and t-shirts, the occasional suit because he's a professional musician, and the occasional kilt because aurelian likes how he looks in it. when he's in his mid-twenties he gets a tattoo on the back of his shoulder of a saxophone done in japanese brushstrokes - the suggestion of a sax more than a detailed image - with cyrillic letters trailing up from the bell like smoke - samoyla, which is what he figured his name would be in russian, and ruslan, which is the name aurelian was born with.
aurelian urbino: aka the vamp boy. :> he was turned when he was twenty-four, so he kind of looks twenty-four at first, altho he gives off a vibe of being much older. (he was turned in 1812. he IS older than he looks. :> ) he's a hair over 6' but he stands very straight and carries himself like a soldier (which he was), so he can appear to be taller. he's slender, fair-skinned (from being dead, mostly), has an ovalish face with a straight nose and a strong, slightly pointed chin. his hair is long and pretty straight, dark brown, and usually worn in a ponytail, and his eyes are brown flecked with gold. he's visually elegant and vaguely old-fashioned, and he likes suit pants with the kind of suspenders that button. he can knot a tie with his eyes closed, which is good because he doesn't cast a reflection and sam is not so great with the tie-tying. he has strong, long-fingered hands.
