they describe themselves as "alternative" so i'll go with that
3. Do you think satellite radio will become commonplace, like subscribing to cable TV?
i honestly have no idea. maybe eventually, if they start putting the radios in every car as a matter of course.... altho i should point out that in a lot of places you don't get any tv reception unless you pay for cable, so one of the reasons it's so commonplace is because it's so necessary. so if satellite radio can fix it so the only way you can get any radio reception is to subscribe, then yeah, it will eventually be a lot more common

the last time i talked to my mom, which was wednesday night (unless you count telling someone good night over chat, which i did last night)
