Name your favorite....
1. Soothing sound:
believe it or not, stargate reruns on tv. i can nap with them on in the background, it's a lovely thing.
2. Comfort food:
mac and cheese from whole foods, or the house fried rice from the chinese takeout place
3. Relaxing music:
i can't think of anything in particular, actually
4. Gentle voice:
pretty much anyone trying to cheer me up
5. Calming smell:
usually no smell. smells don't calm me down, they just are. (sometimes they make me hungry or give me a headache, tho....) oh, winter in vermont smells nice and calm. it's cold and kind of clean-smelling.
