i keep having stuff to do during my week off
so far on my week off i have:
been to the grocery store
worked on my holiday project for writing group
watched the entirety of lotr on tv
gone to cousins j&m's house to watch die hard (the best christmas movie that isn't about christmas) and eat food
been to the grocery store a second time
made chili
gotten a new watch battery
(by which i mean took said watch to the watch store for a new battery)
done laundry
watched all three seasons of derry girls
pimped it to wrenlet
finished my holiday project for writing group
it's 4900 words and sixteen pages which is kind of long for a. me and b. the holiday project
been to the grocery store a third time
posted a podfic for fandom trumps hate
i have not:
made red velvet cupcakes
watched nope
...i may have to turn all the lights on for that second thing.
i've had to put on real clothes and leave the house every day this week and i'm not sure how i feel about that. on the one hand, it's been so nice and sunny it seems like a waste to stay home, but on the other i'm on vacation! and part of being on vacation is wearing your pajamas all day! i have very comfortable pajama bottoms. but on the other other hand there's a holiday market in boston that looks like fun so i'll have to leave the house again tomorrow. oh, the hardship.
roommates gift-wrap friend's room - while she's out of town they cover everything in wrapping paper. they wrapped the knick-knacks, the furniture, even the pillows. i love it.
