love makes people do crazy shit. :D altho to be fair when the narrator (her name's bel) ran away from home it was partly because she just didn't want the farming life any more. vic was a very convincing catalyst, tho.

This short fiction piece drew me in. Especially, I like the unspoken admission that, in those times, being in love with a woman made her both an emotional, as well as a real, outlaw.

yeah, they're doing all kinds of wrong. they don't think there's anything wrong with being a woman in love with another woman, tho. altho i don't think vic thinks there's anything wrong with robbing a stagecoach.... and thank you. ^_^

To clarify, I meant that society is the one who thinks they're outlaws in love. They, of course, know that what they feel is right. Again, I really enjoyed this.
