yesterday i woke up to discover my power was out. >.< since i didn't know how long it had been out i was afraid to open the fridge, so i skipped breakfast and didn't make lunch. fortunately there were bagels in the freezer at work, and when i got home i had power again. and as far as i can tell, nothing spoiled. woot. not my favorite way to start the day, tho. my face also feels like i'm coming down with a head cold, so i'm treating it with tea, chicken soup, sudafed, and, uh, ho-hos. yum.
a quick thing about the 100: so in six years the bunker becomes bartertown, with octavia presiding over thunderdome dressed as some kind of mysterious scifi empress? and if they're that concerned with overpopulation i sure hope everyone having sex is having safe sex. but mostly, what, we turned into a max mad movie when no one was looking?
check out this mcu vid. it is SO GOOD. some of the lyric + image choices made me giggle, and it even has the slide from catws. you know, the slide. it is the sexiest fucking thing.
