guess who ordered lunch twice for the same training today! >.< because she FORGOT she did it already. >.< at least we had a random lot of extra sandwiches, which made a bunch of hungry people happy. but remember when i said i keep waiting to screw up? granted, this isn't a big screw-up, but still.
on the other hand, i got a nice portobello sandwich out of the deal.
i didn't watch the debate last night because i like my sanity and i didn't want to feel compelled to throw something at the tv. there has to be a german word for a face that needs a fist put into it, because that's the donald in all his smug smirkiness. not paying federal taxes makes you smart, my fat ass. instead i watched a livestream with c spike trotman, who runs iron circus comics, publisher of lady-friendly porn anthologies and other stuff. she was much more entertaining than i figured the debate would be. besides, i had twitter to keep me up to date.
yesterday i also might have flailed a little bit on tumblr over sebastian stan's hair. i know, i know, you're all surprised. :D it was so fluffy and so cute and it made him look younger and it looked good and i was overcome. you may all feel free to laugh at me. :D
is anyone else watching this is us? i hope kate's storyline isn't all about her fat - i mean, i want her to be more than just the fat girl(tm) - and i'm not sure how i feel about tonight's twist ending, but i think i like it. if nothing else, justin hartley is extensively easy on the eyes and i can absolutely watch an hour of tv for him. who else is watching? what do you think?
the hubble might have discovered water plumes on europa, meaning we might be able to take samples of its ocean without having to drill through the massive ice crust covering it first. there could be life down there! space mermaids! who knows! every new bit of europa news makes me think of the end of 2010 - all these worlds are yours, except europa - and then all i can think is "maybe we shouldn't be down there". but on the other hand, SPACE IS SO COOL.
i know it's about a month early for halloween, but a japanese fast-food chain is going to offer a cheeseburger that looks like it's sticking out its tongue. it's kind of rolling-stones-logo-like, to be honest, and the pink sauce is exceptionally weird. the coffin box is cute, tho.
actually it's never too early for halloween! i feel a constant compulsion to buy candy corn every time i'm in the store. i may need to get a bag of mallowcreme pumpkins at the very least. i love those.
