Also, my comment is way too long:

I feel like the Sokovian guy's plot was pretty convoluted. As a Sokovian kill squad guy, how did he even know that Bucky killed Howard and Maria?? Didn't his whole plot hinge on that knowledge -- making him seek out the "mission report" videotape that he played for Tony in the installation in Siberia? And who was filming that video?? (I assume the dirt road is part of the Stark Long Island estate, and that it is a Stark camera, so why did Bucky shoot the camera if he intended to steal the tape???) .... Being made into Winter Soldiers drove the five hydra operatives MAD?? otherwise, why weren't they ever deployed?? I guess Tony had finally cracked the serum and was planning to give it to the CIA, but why did Maria go with him??? ... yeah, it was a little confusing and just not super tight.

I did love the guest appearance by Dean Pelton. :D

And the fights were really good.

And I liked T'Challa a lot, and Natasha was excellent throughout.

And of course Sam hating Bucky, which was awesome after way too many fics in which Sam is the Superior Supportive Friend.

Sebastian looked so great in the back seat of the bug, with his very gaunt cheekbones. And he got to speak Romanian!

Man, there was just not enough Steve and Bucky though. Someone should actually do a breakdown of what percentage Steve is on screen. It just didn't feel like enough.

My last comment is, I liked the mid credits scene. it was awesome to see the high tech Wakandan facility. On AO3 there is much gnashing of teeth, but I think Bucky was right to go back into Cryo until someone can safeguard him from his trigger phrase, which was heartbreaking. Like a poem of horror: "Longing. Seventeen. Furnace. Nine. Homecoming. Freight car. One." Let Wanda have a go at it too after she gets out of the Raft.

Here's a good link about easter eggs in the movie:

I wore my Bucky in Hiding costume, and had all ten action figures ready to deploy... which I did get to show to some girls in a bookstore near the first place I saw it. :D
