happy birthday
desertport! best wishes a day late. i hope it was a good one, and that you got to celebrate with cake. (and if not cake, at least the sweet treat of your choice.) i assume i'll see you at
wincon and can give you a hug in person. :D

o my flist, i am so brainfried. i was at work for almost twelve hours, but to be fair part of that was because i was ordering pizzas for the tax department for lunch tomorrow, and i have no idea who would want what and whether or not i got enough carnivore pizzas and enough vegetarian pizzas and if anyone is going to eat the plain cheese ones. i like ham and pineapple on my pizza which might not qualify me to order a pizza lunch for forty people.
mmm, ham and pineapple.
i was so tired when i got home that i wasn't even hungry. (and most of the time i'm a bottomless pit.) i am profoundly grateful i'm not leaving for wincon until friday morning, because otherwise i'd have to pack and bake cookies tonight, and i'm just... blehh. i'm still jealous of everyone who's there already or who's going tomorrow, tho.
enjoyed izombie last night, mostly because ravi is THE CUTEST, and ravi and major are THE CUTEST together.
ravi thinking that major is qualified to know where to buy drugs because of the time he bought grenades out of the trunk of a guy's car (it's a whole different skillset!) was adorable, altho not quite as adorable as ravi trying to convince major to go to a club with him so he can take drugs in the first place. major was helpless before his big brown eyes.
not sure how i feel about major apparently becoming a drug addict, tho. i mean, i kind of get it, but wow, is he taking a nosedive into the dark side.
and a quick thing about american horror story, aside from the fact that it's not super horrific yet. james march, the hotel's owner and builder, seems kind of hh holmes-ish, with the way he designed the building to a. trap his unsuspecting future murder victims, and b. dispose of the bodies. i might be watching solely for matt bomer, altho the hotel itself is pretty fabulous.
