We made it *tadaaaam* Well, I guess that you worked more than I did with all the research you did and all the time you spent on this fic ♥

It was so great to illustrate a story that takes place in Paris and more than that, that takes place in Paris in 1896! What a beautiful and rich artistic period! (life wasn't fun but art wise, it was a blast). It was great to use aaaaaall my art books about Paris in 1900, Lautrec, Mucha, etc for a Big Bang (and to hide silly stuff like a cute little green creature called a Del Monte that I draw every time I can and even a graffiti that says "Born Toulouse" (silly play on words #56212).)

I loved your story so much! For Jared and Jensen, for the Green Door, for Paris, for Misha and his hedgehog (too bad I didn't have the time to draw that...). Well, I fell in love immediately! I'm sure you're gonna have tons of comments and that people will be delighted by the fic.

So thank you for all of this and also, for being and absolute sweetheart whose enthusiasm for her work was visible in every email ♥

Ernest Hemingway, who went to Paris in 1921 with his wife Hadley
I used to live not very far from his house! Full of tourists and the house is very small so a lot of people missed it. Every time I saw a Japanese tourist completely lost, I knew it was for Hemingway.

it's all done! now we can sit back and take a breath. well, i can take a breath, you can do a million more challenges. :D

"born toulouse", *groan* i totally missed it! *hustles over to the art post* ok, now i see. i love it! a terrible pun but i can totally imagine one of the boys making it. and now i see a couple del montes in and among jared's paints and brushes. i love the del montes. ^_^ i love that you hide them places.

there was a brief period of time when i wanted to set the fic in paris in the 20s, but even tho it was probably a wild time to be in paris, i like belle epoque art better. it's just so PRETTY. and all the pics you did are perfect.

hee, the hedgehog. i'm working on a timestamp to the fic in which you learn that jared paints a portrait of misha with the hedgehog. in my head it's kind of ridiculous and really cute. i mean, come on, hedgehogs are ridiculous and cute. as is misha.

i went to paris like seven years ago and the hotel where i stayed was just down the street from hemingway's first apartment. there was a plaque on the wall of the building or i never would've seen it. (can you actually go in? how cool!) i'm actually not a big fan of his but i thought it was so cool that he stayed right near where i was.

i'm so happy you liked my fic, and i'm so glad i didn't get paris wrong. the whole bigbang experience this year was just a complete joy. thank you for doing it with me. :D

OMG, I cannot wait to read this. I have a serious weakness for art fics...
