there was a dog tied up in front of the post office this morning and he seemed friendly and not bitey so i let him sniff me, and when he licked my hand i figured it was ok to pet him. i reassured him that his person would be out soon. he was very sweet and i kinda wanted to take him back to the office with me. i did not. but it was tempting.
the most minimalist record player ever - it's basically a sheet of paper folded into a cone, with a needle stuck in the end. pretty nifty.
