work today was all non-stop busybusybusy until about 4:30, at which point everything slowed down considerably and i kept thinking i was forgetting to do something. i hate when that happens. i'm glad tomorrow's friday, anyway.
the drug store next to my office has cadbury creme eggs. cadbury creme eggs mean spring to me, and january is way too early for spring, but at the same time i'm not complaining. i have one in my fridge right now. :D
enjoyed the return of white collar, especially the revelation that neal stayed in new york for peter (not that anyone should be surprised) and that mozzie came out of hiding for el and that el is really smart. which, again, this should not be a surprise. i'm really curious what they do now that the nazi treasure is no longer a plot point - and thank god for that - and neal might be rid of the anklet. also, matt bomer continues to be excessively pretty.
also enjoyed the return of justified, especially the way everyone gives raylan shit, and how hot tim looks in sniper mode, and that ava is going to keep everyone in line with a skillet to the face if necessary, and that boyd is really smart and really sneaky. dickie's face when he realized boyd was locked up with him was priceless. i don't have an opinion on the villain of the season yet, but neal mcdonough certainly looks the part. it is consistently really excellent tv. and i missed the raylan and boyd show. :D
i liked the return of criminal minds too - it was a spencer-focused episode - i had kind of a hard time concentrating but i liked the case and the unsub and it ended on an upbeat note.
and in that vein, i found this fannish voice meme on lolafeist's lj on tuesday, and because i like to talk to myself, i had to do it. it was originally a merlin meme but since i don't watch merlin i made it a cm meme. two things if you listen to it: i can tangent like no one's business, and i say "um" a lot. and. uh. it's twenty minutes long.
