a truck in brooklyn painted to look like a subway car - complete with graffiti, car number, and appropriate subway line number. so cool and nostalgic.
mike mignola talks comic book architecture - ie, the buildings and landscapes in his books. well, and other comic related stuff too.... i admit i never read any of his stuff and i only know hellboy from the movies, but he comes across as a really neat guy.
etymological world map - it took me about ten minutes to figure out that all the country names are translations of the names you'd see on a standard world map. >.< sometimes i'm kind of slow. still, if you ever wanted to know what a country's name means....
i want to go to sweden just to see these subway stations in person - apparently they're in stockholm. who wants to go to stockholm with me to ride the subway and scope out all that underground art and architecture?
