first, happy hanukah to the jews on the flist! here's to eight days and nights of latkes and applesauce and sour cream. :D
second, sons of anarchy.
was the ending just one big double-cross? and when clay et al flipped out on discovering that jax had made a deal with stahl, was that just samcro faking her out? and was jax in on it? obviously gemma wasn't.... (i did indeed have a moment of "oh my god i hope someone shoots that bitch" after she made jax sign the deal in front of the club and demonstrated exactly how much he NEVER should've trusted her, but i sure as hell was not expecting anyone to actually DO it. when opie shot her in the head i did the hands-over-the-mouth thing that you do when you're so completely shocked you can't even figure out how to react. i may or may not have cheered a little bit when chibs cut jimmy's face and then stabbed him, tho. hey, i totally own my bloodlust. :D )
and it looks kind of like maureen gave jax john's old letters out of a desire for him to understand (and appreciate?) his dad like she did, like she was trying to do him a kindness and get him to see that his dad was conflicted and wanted something better for him, but that john wasn't a bad man. maybe? i don't know. i don't think this was her brightest idea. and i'm really curious what tara does with the letters now.
do we have to wait until next september to find out what happens? please don't tell me that was the end of the series.
third, uh, what was third? terriers season finale tonight! might be the series finale, as i have no idea if it was renewed or not but i don't think it's likely. it's a good show! why was no one watching??
i may or may not have stayed up late last night watching a white collar rerun. it was s1 and we got to see neal making faces at peter's deviled ham sandwich and also be REALLY BAD at stakeouts. he is not a patient man. he's cute, tho. and also totally a romantic. i promise i'll stop talking about this show eventually.
