i've lost my boss, in the sense that he hasn't come in yet and i'm not sure where he is. i know he's out there somewhere.... *waves vaguely*
it's kind of weird reading thru my bigbang (i found typos! argh!) and being able to pick out the random early-days bits and know how i managed to sew them into the larger story. i can see the seams because i know they're there, but otherwise i think i did a good job of making everything fit. go me. :D (and the one alias jensen uses, ben alexander from houston, is a nod to ben and alec from dark angel. at one point i wanted to at least name-check kevin durand, but i couldn't figure out how.)
the man your grades could be like - psa about using the library + old spice parody = glee! and also a giggle or two. also i loooove the guy's voice.
the first ever music video - from 1895. (!!!) it was a test run to try filming something with synchronized sound. if you listen carefully you can just hear someone in the beginning asking if everyone's ready, and telling them to go ahead.
