first! does anyone have a copy of the song blonde, by guesch patti, that they could share? (video!) it was in the pillow book, which i've seen, but i don't remember the song at all.
second! a friend of mine in greater chicago (she actually lives in dekalb) is in desperate need of help and thus a signal boost. this is what she says:
What I need right now is brainstorming and networking. Know anyone hiring in the greater Chicago area, or online? I will do damn near anything, although my main skill set is in biology, animal care, horticulture and housecleaning. I also speak French and a fair amount of Spanish and have a wide range of knowledge and interests in many areas, so ask me if you're not sure if I have a particular skill. Know anyone who would like to share a country house near DeKalb with a bipolykinkygeek mom and her two teenagers? Got an apartment for rent-free in exchange for part-time super/maintenance/cleaning lady duties? Have some fabulous idea I haven't even thought of yet?
