it is currently, according to the weather widget on my computer, 31º. i think it was 24º this morning. welcome to winter! yeesh. but at least it's not snowing.

the world's smallest snowman - to make one that small, they can't even still use snow. no carrot nose, but he is smiling.
montana rabbi assists a cop and his police dog - the city of helena imported a bomb-sniffer dog from israel and discovered that - surprise! - he only understands hebrew. so the cop asked a rabbi to help him with his pronunciation so he can actually talk to his dog. (there are apparently a whopping three rabbis in all of montana.) i hope the dog wasn't traumatized by his first montana winter, tho.... (courtesy theodosia)
