(the rapture)
i just do not like that the boys call castiel "cas". he's an angel, guys, show some respect. i don't love that anna does it either.
jimmy's actually kind of cute. (but castiel has better hair.) i feel bad for him, tho. devout guy or not, being ridden by an angel can't be that much fun. and i really like that he's clearly not castiel - his affect is totally different.
aaaaaand here we go, the sammy's-addicted-to-demon-blood plot thread. have i mentioned how very much i can't get into this? and how skeptical i am that it won't turn into something totally ridiculous? let the record show. and now i don't have to mention it again tonight. :D
i wonder why jimmy - what's in his blood? he has an angelic forebear?
ten bucks says this blond guy who just walked in - er. well, i was going to say "is seeing mrs jimmy" first, but "is a demon" was actually my second guess.... now jimmy's wife is never going to take jimmy back.
jimmy's kind of going into witness protection, y'know? to protect his wife and kid. they can never know where he is and he can never see them again.
i knew something was going to possess amelia....
(as much as i dislike the blood-drinking and the fact that sam's power seems to depend on it and that he's no doubt going to go into withdrawal without it, i'm really not looking forward to the day he tells dean. seriously not looking forward to that.)
god dammit, people, stop calling him cas.
heckle and jeckle, hee.
well, i guess now sam doesn't have to tell dean about the demon blood.... how very vampiric he looks, too. ew. and i actually kind of like that dean and bobby are doing an intervention to detox him in the panic room.
ok, question - if the next two episodes involve the coming apocalypse, sam trying and apparently failing to quit the demon blood, sam facing off against lilith, sam and dean facing off against each other, appearances from zacharias, castiel, and alistair, and dean pulling a john ("if you walk out that door, don't you ever come back"), what the hell are they going to do for s5? i'm not watching a whole season of the boys having gone their separate ways. i'm not even watching half a season of that. i'm sorry - i'm not interested in the boys being at odds.
(overall, i think, i didn't dislike this episode. i don't like the demon blood plotline at all, but i liked jimmy and his reactions to having been possessed by castiel, and i kinda liked the boys' conversation in the car at the very end. it made sense to me. i mean, no kidding dean's tired. and hey, bobby. a little bobby is never a bad thing.)
