in which i use the flist as a name dictionary

you know how i said i had a plot bunny for a threesome fic, with a m/f established couple and then an extra guy to make it interesting? and how the extra guy looked suspiciously like casey from make me a supermodel, except a little older? well. the extra guy (guy #2) now has a job and a personality and a mom and a sister who lives in texas, and he isn't really sure he wants to be a lawyer after all but he's not sure what he does want to do, and can you have a midlife crisis when you're only twenty-six? but otherwise he has a pretty good life. he just doesn't have a name. and i can't write this thing if the viewpoint character doesn't have a name.

(the established couple is aidan and stella. aidan is a singer-songwriter but he works at the same law firm as not-casey - he's an assistant or secretary or admin of some type - because it pays the bills, and stella is either a kindergarten or nursery school teacher and amateur astronomer. she has a telescope set up in the apartment and possibly a more powerful one that she mostly takes out into the wilderness away from all the ambient city light, so she can get a better look at, like, meteor showers and comets and those kinds of things.)

ok. so. in my head guy #2 is named casey and i can't do that - no, really, i can't, it's weird - but i can't think of what else to call him. and this is where i need help.

this is mmas casey. age him up about seven years, strip him of the really obvious model poses, dress him like a normal person, and what does he look like to you? if you didn't know his name, what would you think it was? i am totally, totally stuck and super, super frustrated, because i can't write the damn story until everyone has a damn name.

the flist knows all, threesomefic
