every time i hear this song i think "but there's no donnelly brother named billy...." ok, see, the dropkick murphys are a boston band, and i STILL think the black donnellys should've been set here, and if i have to explain it you'll think i'm really odd instead of just kind of.... anyway. it's a good bouncy song about losing your kids to the state on account of you being a drug addict.
and there IS a drug-addicted donnelly, so there. :D
