i bit the bullet (ow) and signed up for nanowrimo. >.< what the hell do you class "post-apocalypse" as? it's not a future post-apocalypse, it's not scifi, it's not fantasy, it's not horror. so my nanonovel will be "other." i'm starsgowaltzing, because tsukinobara was taken by someone who is apparently not me, as the site didn't recognize either of the email addresses i would've used when i signed up last time. ("last time" being, uh, 2004.) the name comes from the old subtitle for my lj - "the stars go waltzing out in blue and red" - from sylvia plath's "mad girl's love song" which is my favorite poem of hers.
anyway. i signed up, which means i have to do it now. yay? i almost bought a map of the country on saturday, thinking i could put it on the wall and stick pins in it to track the plot. i might have to come up with some characters now. eek.
why do people put breadcrumbs on their baked mac & cheese? does anyone else besides me find this weird?
