thing one: my boss is now officially on vacation for a week. before he left he mentioned i could go home at 4:30, but i was too consumed with "what the hell am i going to do for a week??" to be properly thankful.... seriously, what am i going to do for a week?

thing four: the new morning dj's on my radio station are muse fanboys. i only know this because i caught the tail end of a phone interview with muse's bass player, and after he got off the phone, the dj's went into fanboy mode. so cute.
