a. ladycat777 is doing a love meme. go give someone some love. :D
b. on thursday suzvoy flew in from the uk as a birthday surprise for tamalinn. (she's staying with me. because, you know, i have a guest room.) (this will never get old.) suz hung around and hid from tamalinn until saturday night, when a bunch of people met for dinner (and i went out with my parents and sister on account of my sister going to israel on sunday for a couple-three weeks), and tamalinn was really surprised. yay. :D and then i met them at the restaurant and saw thistle90 and mclachlan and met mosca and fox1013, and then we went to a bar and played pool, and then we went dancing and the music was crappy but fun was had anyway. also, some of chinatown is apparently open until four on the weekends, so we ended up in chinatown stuffing our faces and dodging water pitchers and chairs. (this crazy and probably drunk girl a few tables down threw a full water pitcher across a couple tables, and then threw a chair and hit one of the waiters in the back of the head. the hell? security escorted her out.) and then suz and i went to bed at like five. which was weird. but the evening was fun, so.
c. i'm behind on some fic reading but i should be able to catch up. i know there's hamiltwins, at least.
d. i am jealous of all the who squee, as i have not seen any of the new season yet. fortunately it's coming to the scifi channel starting next month. \o/
