It's finally summer...
...but I don't like real summer. I like it in May/June right when people say it's summer but it's not really yet summer, it's before it turns into real summer. (Yes, the point of that long thing is I like spring better than summer.)
Point form today because the humidity is annoying and I think I'm gonna keep the compie off for the rest of the night (gasp):
And on that note, I'm off. I really meant to read LJs today, but I really want to turn off my laptop. Probably gonna play DS even though I should bring out the sewing. We'll see. Good night = )

- I missed last week's post because I was at a family gathering. Eric didn't show, which was unfortunate, since I wanted to ask if he's really going to GenCon.
- Watched Alegria last Friday with Chil, Liz, and Sage. Food place was very very meh, made my tummy upset too. The popcorn at the venue was soooooo salty. And the show was nice, but I dunno, I was hoping for more.
- Tornado-induced thunderstorms hate me - my desk got rained on again on Tuesday. The storm even blew down the screen on my window, so there was water and dirt all over.
- Just when I thought Laine and I have become quite different, we both forgot our cell phones on the same day, same trip. Leaving me stranded in Heartland since I didn't (still don't) know where Tori actually lives. Clone.
- My mom is annoyed at me cuz "I have so many random activities". (No, I haven't touched the basement at all since the 2nd week of July. *sigh*)
- I've basically finished spinning another 3.5 oz roving and am working on another 4-6 oz. I wanna finish the 6 oz by the end of the summer, putting me at 12 oz this summer. If I can do another 12 oz next summer, I'll actually complete my goal (*fingers crossed*). Pictures at the end of the month, I promise.
- I'm determined to finish putting away my undergrad notes by the end of this week. Must...file...notes...
- My cousin just messaged me telling me I'm silly for leaving the $5 she tried to stuff in my purse back in her house. Well she's silly for trying to pay for my coffee.
- I bought an SPC card using Shoppers Drug Mart points. Win for me!
