Thanks Leslie = ) Lol, a lot of the things are simple and quick, like the emails, but they need to be done and I need to stop putting stuff off, so I put them on the list. *hugs back*

oh god the room cleaning. I feel your pain stripedpetunia May 12 2008, 05:01:02 UTC
Have you thought about just one of those plastic filing cabinet-style drawer thingies like you can get at walmart for storing yarn? you could put quite a bit in one, and your needles too if there were smaller drawers, and usually they're clear so you can see what's what. :D

(I have just a little tupperware box myself but I'm sure you have way more yarn than me)

I know there's a lot I can do to store yarn, but the problem is I wanna make it all accessible without having to dig through it. Also, I, uh, would need a lot of those to hold my yarn. I need shelves/drawers that are more shallow and which have more levels.

(Way more does not begin to classify how much I have, lol. I still haven't sent you any... Well rest assured, I will have plenty of little balls to gift you with = ) )

Btw, I've forgotten, are you doing the Japan thing this year?

Noes, I was rejected. But I did get a new job today! I'm going to be teaching part-time at a Sylvan Learning Centre. Life proceeds.

Silly Japan. Don't know what they're losing not getting.

Oooooh that sounds cool. I never even thought about doing something like that. I need to keep looking up TEFL stuff though...

make recordings for Disney tape

That sounds interesting. Is it anything you care to talk more about?

Good luck getting everything done!

Lol, if you've seen the show The Office, it's kinda like that. If you haven't, well The Office is a mockumentary (mock documentary), where they film the happenings in the office and then people in the office give commentary in front of the camera like confessionals. Sort of... I have four friends at Disney World right now, and we decided we would put together their videos with mine to make a recording of our lives this week. My end will be immensely boring, but apparently yesterday they filmed one of the water rides (complete with girly screaming, lol), so that'll be fun for me to watch.

Thanks Sharon!!! So far so good = )

June, how do you ever survive!? Your to-do lists for one week are as long as mine for a month!
And good luck with the 'no buying' thing! Hehe.

Lol, only because I write down everything on my list and in some detail. I think for most people, it would just be "clean room", not "do this, then this, then this..."

Heehee, thanks. I'm on the lookout for a striped quilting cotton in some specific shades, but that's all I'm allowed to buy. I found something that might match at Walmart today, but I don't wanna decide without Liz agreeing first.

How are youuu?

HOLY Crap! You are really ambitious, that to do list would take me a whole month to do let alone plane out. I wish you lots of luck with that and unpacking. I always find that it's easier packing than unpacking since you acquire more things when things are packed away and then you find that there aren't places to unpack things any more. That always happens to me. The best advice I ever heard was from my grandmom. She said to do one section of the room at a time so you actually see the floor or shelves for a bit before deciding what needs to go on them. It works for me. XD

Also, good luck with the no buying thing. My will is very weak when it comes to going to craft stores and not buying something. There always seems to be something I need. Or want. Or find weird unanswerable things I could use things for. LOL

So bottom line good luck and when you set up a mail box let me know so I can send you something when it gets finished. ^_________^ *GLOMPS*

Lol, I'm always planning in my head what I'm gonna do next. I have to admit that I love to-do lists so if they seem insanely long, it's only because I put every living detail into them.

My room had negative room even before I moved home. Omg... *dies* *room spits me out along with everything I brought home*

I'm definitely gonna take it in sections. A problem I have right now is I have to clear space to move down the second bed before I can actually start cleaning, but that in and of itself requires space to magically appear so I can shove all the crap off my bed, lol. Also...I think my parents will have something to say about all the crafts I have lying around... Unpacking and organizing is gonna take me months.Lol, I was good today!!! I only bought a shelf and some boxes for organizing!!! I've been "not buying anything" for years and years now and I think (I hope) I've finally, finally hit my limit. Hopefully ( ... )
