(no subject)
Going in and out of the lab for the next hour or so. Just centrifuging my sample. Kelvin and Amanda are both on the 4th floor while Shokei/Riccardo/Anthony are all on the 3rd, but my supervisor's lab is on the 6th floor. It kinda feels so lonely up there.
(My apologies for typos; I'm not used to a Mac keyboard. But I'll slowly get there...)
Anyways, I haven't been around or even on MSN much these past few days. I have to stop "wasting" my "free time". Just thought I'd drop by and say hello again. And rant a little. I miss you guys. Oh god I'm never gonna catch up...
·Trying to plan something to do for CoffeeHouse with the house takes sooo much time. I'm glad we finalized a decision last night. Even still, it took like 3 hours, not to mention all the time we spent beforehand. The thing is in 2 weeks and we all have basically nothing. And Sage and I haven't met with John in like two weeks. We're probably ready and just fine, but that's not the point. The point is we have like nooo time to meet whatsoever. We can probably only meet once before Coffeehouse. *sigh*
·I haven't been paid for work yet. *cries* (It's okay, I know why and it's all good. But I still want my money.)
·On that note, omg make me stop spending money. Sometimes I wish my parents weren't the ones paying off my bill...
·Usually I love getting presents for people. I just don't have the money. But doing Christmas shopping kind of kills that spirit sometimes. I think it's because we "have to" and we know it's an exchange. It's really not the same thing as giving a gift. Oh, and my wallet takes a huuge hit all at once.
·I really really really should just suck it up and do a budget sheet. I'm a little afraid to look at my bank account.
·One of my profs is aglajkswtlk I can't learn in that class!!! It doesn't help that I suck at organic chemistry as it is. I need to study harder. Omg I have a paper due on the same day. *gonnafailgonnafailgonnafailomgomgomg*
·The one time my friends finally decide to hold a study session on campus over the weekend, I'm at home. *sigh* I wish I could stay this weekend but I can't; I won't be going home for the next three weekends. But damn it, it is -so- hard to study at home. Seriously.
·On that note, if I study all day tomorrow, I'll allow me to go to the yarn cafe opening? Maybe? It's so far away... And my wallet... But yarn cafe...
·Still should not be knitting. Should get hand checked out. It's probably muscle fatigue, as Jon says. I'll knit with thicker yarn for now. Do I have thicker yarn...? I need to go to Romni for Jenny's scarf...
·Suzy Shier is offering 25% off some of their clothing if the order is made online. It's a complaint because yes, I bought two sweaters with Sage.
·It was beautiful on Tuesday when I had tons of class, and then totally mucky on Wednesday and Thursday when I didn't. And now it's all pretty out again and I'm busy all day. I have to porter at 4. Damn it.
