Upon the importance of spell check
I was just reading reviews on the Golden Compass and the books that accompany it at the Barnes and Noble website. My goodness, you could tell which writer put some pre-thought into their review. The spelling and grammar was worse than all those cheesy Harry-Ginny romances on FF.net. Horrible! I will have to go kill something in order to forget the utter lack of readable English. Do they not teach spelling in schools anymore? Meh, I'm going to watch Ghost Hunters.
