*incoherent screaming like system of a down*

Today was alright. I started polling people for my free reading project. It's not going that well, I may have to just make up info. Anyway in Theory we watched a cool video on Peter Tchaikovsky and started our projects that are due Monday.. mine is on Aaron Copland. IN band I found out that a lot of people think I'm a senior. This one girl Lauren that's in the percussion section with me was like "whoa you're a junior! You're really talented for only a junior!" Honest compliments are awesome. Physics was normal, except for when mr Wadman broke the oscilliscope by dropping a heavy magnet on it.In English Hlywa handed out the Grapes of wrath, which is like 550 pages, then said we didn't have to read it because we saw the play last year. I told her I'm the only one who didn't because I wan't in honors, and she said I have to read the book. That's bullshit, I'm using Sparknotes.

Anyway, I had drumline tonight and we put a bunch of cool visuals in our show to make it suck less, and my drumline instructor just randomly told me that I was a phenominal percussionist and he thinks I'll be really successful in the future. That made me feel awesome, the second person to compliment my musical skill in on day.

Today was a good day.. I'm happy. Oh, and I get my new marimba solos tomorrow at OCC drumline!! :-D

P.S. My mom freaking rules... she listens to the same music as me, introduced me to Cake... her favorite bands are Aerosmith and Dave Matthews.. and she aske dot borrow my System of a Down CD. Honestly, how many people can say their moms like System of a Down?
