Going to Moncton tomorrow and I think I'm getting a cold.. oh god..
Alright! Moncton tomorrow! I'll be back the very next day though. I think we've only ever stayed over night in Moncton once. I think it's around a 2 hour drive from Saint John.. I can never remember.
I can't wait to go to Chapters! I'm lacking more short horror story books. Or some more H.P. Lovecraft books. And I want to check Gamezilla to see if the actually have horror manga. If they had Suehiro Maruo, I would possible die. Especially if it was Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show! Since I've seen the cartoon but it had no subtitles, but it was so awesome. Also, Inugami Expert would be a great find too. I've only read volume one *sniffles*.
But that was just me wishful thinking, I know in reality they will have nothing. Just like the shop here. But that's the Gamezilla game. You think of all the awesome stuff they could have on the 2 hour drive, and then when you get there you go D: Hahaha.
I can't wait to go to P.E.I though. I seriously hope that guy still works at Chapters. IT WON'T BE THE SAME IF HE DOESN'T! Every year we go there and he tells me I have good taste in books. It just has to be this way.
Oh, last night mom was flipping through the channels and she came upon the show Andromeda (I think..) and she calls me out to identify this man on tv. It was Michael Ironside. Ok, now, yeah, I found him very attractive in the movies Visiting Hours and Scanners, and he doesn't really have the same handsome qualities. I mean, he's by no means ugly, just not as good looking. And so mom decided to tease me all night about it. I've never really been attracted to Johnny Depp, George Clooney or many of those types. Apparently according to mom I go for some pretty odd looking people. But she likes Hugh Grant, so we're even.
Speaking of Michael Ironside, maybe they'll have a copy of Scanners in the mall. They seem to have a wider selection of horror movies there. Although I did notice that up town they got in MPD Psycho and the Ichi the Killer animation and they brought down the prices on some of there Japanese movies down to 9.99$
Also, I just noticed that when you look up Visiting Hours on IMDB, it gives a suggestion of other movies you might enjoy, and the one at the top of the list is Visitor Q. D: Isn't that a little, um, stretch to say the least?
