Visual Novel WIP
So I haven't posted for a while. Actually, I rarely post here anymore, but to keep everything alive, I decided to write something here that is both related to writing and random.
We can't tell you what it is though. Though I would like to reveal our progress.
The Art and Story is completely done by C. Herrera so I have nothing to do with the randomness and stupidity here. I am only part of our small team for correcting some unnecessary stupidity, coding, coloring, and directing. My partner is helpless with the coding and stuff.
This is my real job.
My partner doesn't want this visual novel to be in public, so we're only going to share the game to our friends and families. Though, I might let slip some download link into a site...
We' started making the project two days ago, and we're progressing greatly. Though Herrera is still typing down the script of the game and still haven't made the other characters and scenes.
We're using Ren'Py's visual novel engine by Python for the programming. We were considering taking Novelty because it's more easier and there is no need for coding. But we decided to try out Ren'Py first because I had experience with that engine.
I have revealed a screenshot from the visual novel. Though this isn't the final product, and loads more are going to be fixed before it is to be released in the wild.
Now, lemme so I could eat bananas and sleep.
