Describe your personality: I'm flighty, but when something catches my interest I tend to get stuck on that. I also don't like when someone gets the 'short end of the stick' and I'll speak up about it...but I'm more likely to pull the person in charge aside to discuss it, than to call them out in front of a group. When someone starts ranting, or bashing someone, I'm not overly shy about calling them out on things they do as well, nor about when someone has 'done wrong'.
As far as temperament goes, I'm usually good tempered, but once I get pissed off I do become very temperamental for a while, and pretty short sometimes too ^^;;
