a little bit of both :D He doesn't want to defeat her when she can't defend herself... but at the same time he is imprisoning her within her own mind...

Daiki doesn't think she deserves to die or to be branded a killer... so he chose this way out. Lie if she gets caught by the police she would be put into prison for some time... now they can't... she's already trapped.

No no that's Hoshitsuki, he's at the facility with his boss and there is a catch with Daiki's ability... he knows how to venture into minds and put them in a deep sleep but he doesn't know how to pull them out... yet, he needs Kei's help to start learning how to.

Nakamura keiji is quite young, he's that Daiki's older brother... and yes he knows Suzuka...

Remember I told you there is another short story in which the 3 main members of Quicksilver become a team? More on this there :)
