Here's what Miyano did; so when a person is poisoned, the most deadly thing is the fear of dying from it and most people go into shock and become unstable because of that fear alone even if the poison is not enough to harm them. She calmed him down and then confirmed that the poison hadn't spread to his heart because then it would spread to every single blood vessel in the body, but since it was in a vein, she detected the poison and made him bleed it out. As soon as she could no longer detect poison in his body, she left the wound, which is a tiny puncture to heal itself because the normal body has the ability to quickly react to any wound and attempt to close it by forming blood plugs. She did so that if there was still some poison left, he would bleed out the dirty blood. She boosted his system so the body could compensate for the blood loss, but now all that's left for her to do is to heal the tiny scar that will form on his neck. Something that can wait :) I hope I explained well enough, it sounds better in my head :(

Yeah...I'm not sure why...but I was dividing the terrains, and Hikaru just...fell into that one :P
